CONTENT
MONTH 1: PERSONAL LEADERSHIP – Discover your potential as a leader and the talents you bring.
Session I – CliftonStrengths 34 Assessment and individual coaching session.
Session II – Collective intelligence workshop using the CliftonStrengths toolSession III – Different communication profiles – What does my team need from me to grow?
Session IV – The foundations of the company. Fostering commitment.
MONTH 3: COMMUNICATION & 360° FEEDBACK – Leading internally and externally.
Session V – Empathic communication. Collective emotional intelligence.
Session VI – Leadership conversations.
FORMAT
In-person and partially online training: 3 months + 3 months of follow-up (1h30 per month, individual or company sessions)
SCHEDULE
Individual online sessions during the week of September 15 - 2025
In-person group sessions: 5 sessions of 3 hours each, all from 15:30 to 18:30, in Central Madrid
Tuesday 23/09 - Tuesday 07/10 - Tuesday 21/10 - Tuesday 04/11 - Tuesday 18/11
Follow-up: Individual sessions in December, January, and February
